Sexual Assault

Alpha Chi Omega’s work is rooted in believing and supporting survivors. As college women, we recognize the prevalence of sexual assault in our community and will continue to work to spread awareness and educate on consent and healthy relationships.

Social justice

The Theta Pi chapter of Alpha Chi Omega stands against bigotry and racism in all forms. We pride ourselves on inclusivity and having the difficult conversations. As such, we encourage our sisters and all members of the UC Davis community to speak out against racism and injustices to create change. In 2020, we fundraised $2,832 for Black Lives Matters organizations: NorCal Resist, Minnesota Freedom Fund, and Black Visions Collective. Alongside this, we have implemented changes in the chapter including the addition of VP Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to our executive board. We are also proud to announce that Alpha Chi Omega Nationals has stopped the use of legacies in the recruitment process, allowing all Potential New Members the same opportunity to join the chapter. We will continue to work towards creating a more equal and diverse community at UC Davis and within our chapter.
